This stunning restoration of magnificent Victorian town houses provides one and two bedroom apartments overlooking Sophia Gardens and Glamorgan County Cricket Ground. The apartments have been interior designed in a contemporary style featuring a large living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size beds and separate bathroom. Two bedroom apartments also have king size beds and additional en-suite shower rooms.

Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable.
A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SACO Cardiff in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

4月失業率3.66% 創18年來單月最低
: 【台灣醒報實習記者蔡岳宏台北報導】受惠景氣持續復甦，就業市場穩定改善，主計總處22日公布107年4月失業率為3.64％，創下近18年來單月最低，同時是17年來次低。主計總處表示，今年1至4月平均失業率也為18年來新低，代表大環境因素的季調後失業率為3.69%，雖比3月略升0.02個百分點，國勢普查處潘寧馨副處長研判國內就業市場仍處於穩定改善。
主計處22日公佈107年4月失業率為3.64%，較上月下降0.02個百分點，較上年同月亦降0.03個百分點；經調整季節變動因素後之失業率為3.69%，較上月上升0.02個百分點。1至4月平均失業率為3.66%，較上年同期下降0.11個百分點，創下18年來新低。
主計處調查，4月失業人數43.1萬人，較上月減少2千人，其中初次尋職失業者減少1千人，因工作場所業務緊縮或歇業及對原有工作不滿意而失業者均減少1千人，因季節性或臨時性工作結束而失業者亦減少1千人；1至4月失業平均人數為43.3萬人，較上年同期減少1.1萬人。
國勢普查處潘寧馨副處長表示，雖然4月季節性季調後失業率較3月略升0.02個百分點，但研判應歸結為季節性波動，景氣目前還在復甦，需要再長期觀察。潘寧馨指出，近三年1至4月就業年增都沒破10萬，但今年確實比前兩年好，判斷國內就業市場仍處於穩定改善。
然而，年輕族群及高學歷族群的失業率然仍然較高，4月大學以上失業率達4.51%，較上月下降0.04個百分點；107年4月20-24歲失業率11.60%，25-29歲失業率6.33%，較上月分別下降0.15及0.07個百分點。
